Job Description Responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and continuous improvement of the Infection Prevention and Control Program across the organization. To ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving evidence-based practices to reduce healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). To serve as a clinical and epidemiologic leader, collaborating with medical staff, nursing, quality, and executive leadership to ensure a safe care environment. Qualifications Master's of Nursing degree (MSN) and two (2) years of related experience OR Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree with 5 years of Infection Prevention experience. Prior leadership experience preferred. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Certification in Infection Control and Epidemiology (CIC) from the Certification Board for Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC) required upon hire or within 2 years of hire date.
