Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring an RN Staff Development Coordinator to join our team! The Staff Development Coordinator plans to organize and coordinates all aspects of the program within the facility. In addition, the Staff Development Coordinator plans direct, or coordinate the training and development activities to ensure the staff is competent to deliver care and services for the residents in the Facility. Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a clinical educator and enjoys working in a long-term care setting. Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center has been serving the area for over 40 years. Our facilities are located close to local hospitals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short and long-term care through Registered Nurses. This is complemented by Therapy services, Social Services, Activities, Nutritional Services. With over 100 years of combined experience, our staff of professionals is here to meet the needs of each and every patient and resident.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a valid Florida RN or Multistate License Ability to meet all health, compliance, and competency requirements Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. High School Diploma or equivalent, required; college degree preferred Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet) Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus Current BLS Certification is required One to three years of clinical teaching experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, required.
