Conducts audits to ensure compliance with hospital governing agencies. Reviews patient charts to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. Synthesizes multiple data elements to establish and implement effective processes. Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans. Communicates findings and recommendations to interdisciplinary teams. Engages in continuous evaluation of process improvement initiatives. Develops action plans based on data collection and analysis. Educates stakeholders on compliance requirements and improvement strategies. Validates the effectiveness of implemented action plans. Maintains accurate records of audits, reviews, and data collection activities. Participates in meetings and projects as directed by leadership.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook [Required]
- Skills in creativity, initiative, [Required]
- Ability to apply leadership principles, communicate regulatory requirements and be self-directed [Required]
- Knowledge of evidenced-based medicine through research and regulatory initiatives [Required]
- Knowledge of core measures, public reporting, process improvement, performance improvement and methodology to improve quality of care [Required]
- Knowledge of Cerner and FirstNet computer system [Preferred]
Education:
- Associate's of Nursing graduate of a rn program [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- Graduate of a RN program
- BSN
MSN Work Experience:
- 1+ year of recent leadership experience in a hospital setting [Preferred]
- 2+ years of recent ed clinical nursing experience [Required]

- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support
- CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required]
