Day shift | Full-time | Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm | Weekly on-call rotation How you'll make an impact in this role Lead medication therapy management in specialized clinical areas such as oncology, cardiology, or nuclear medicine to ensure safe, evidence-based treatment and optimal patient outcomes. Review and verify complex medication orders to identify potential risks, resolve drug-related issues, and support high-quality, patient-centered care. Serve as a clinical pharmacy expert and trusted resource by providing drug information, treatment recommendations, and guidance to physicians, nurses, and health-care leaders. Oversee the preparation, compounding, and dispensing of medications while mentoring pharmacy technicians and supporting safe, efficient pharmacy operations. Educate patients, staff, and pharmacy learners to promote medication safety, adherence, and professional development across the care team. Registration:

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing preferred. Licensed as a RegisteredNurse in Florida preferred. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license formulti-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date preferred.

Education:
