Staff Development Coordinator (RN) - Infection Prevention Karcher Post Acute Karcher Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator with Infection Prevention experience . We are a great place to work with a supportive team environment, and we're looking for a motivated nurse who is passionate about education, quality care, and maintaining high infection prevention standards. Position Summary The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing staff education and training programs while overseeing infection prevention practices within the facility. This role plays a key part in supporting staff competency, regulatory compliance, and the overall quality of care for our residents.
