Minimum of three (3) years LPN demonstrating your commitment to clinical excellence. Bachelor's degree highly desirable, amplifying your healthcare acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with competency/education software (preferred). Key Contributions to

Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and maintenance of employee health records. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for employee health and safety. Orchestrating employee health initiatives, pre-employment testing, vaccinations, and more. Coordinating the infection control program, conducting risk assessments, and notifying relevant health departments. Educating staff, physicians, and community leaders on infection prevention and control. Crafting and implementing policies and procedures for a seamless onboarding process.
