Job Description

Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist Job Summary:
AdviniaCare at Vinnin Square is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to fill the role of Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents while promoting a culture of nursing and clinical excellence and infection prevention. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a compassionate and respectful team that understands the importance of delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Staff Development Coordinator:
Ensure completion of staff competencies and annual training Conduct in-services, audits, and education to promote best practices within the facility Assist with the orientation of all new employees Be an example of best practices within the facility
Infection Preventionist:
Is certified, or is willing to become a certified Infection Preventionist Tracks and trends infection both in-house acquired and hospital acquired Committed to quality assurance and performance improvement
Requirements:
RN Preferred License in good standing in the state of MA Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, residents, and family members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills Commitment to delivering exceptional care and services, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction
Compensation:
