Staff Development / Infection Control Nurse (RN) Are you an energetic, passionate Registered Nurse ready to make a meaningful impact? Renaissance Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center is looking for a motivated and dynamic RN to step into a vital dual-role position that blends staff education, leadership, and infection prevention excellence . What You'll Do ‍ Staff Development Responsibilities Provide hands-on clinical support, education, and guidance to nursing staff Identify training needs and help shape the future of our clinical team Develop and lead engaging in-service programs; track participation and completion Coordinate orientation and mentorship programs for all nursing staff (including EMR training) Maintain accurate records of all educational activities Infection Control Responsibilities Lead and manage the facility's Infection Control Program Keep infection prevention resources current and accessible Conduct routine rounds to ensure compliance and safety Prepare monthly reports with findings, corrective actions, and outcomes Ensure timely reporting of communicable diseases to health authorities What We're Looking For Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New York Strong organizational and leadership skills Passion for education, mentorship, and quality improvement Knowledge of infection control standards and best practices Excellent communication and team-building abilities What We Offer Weekly Pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance A fun, friendly, and safe work environment An amazing, supportive leadership team Why Join Us?
