Role purpose:
Support evaluation methodology for patient programs and digital health tools, helping define study design, measurement strategy, vendor questions, evaluation frameworks, and patient outcome measurement approaches.
Qualification and experience needed:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in public health.
4-6years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital program measurement and evaluation with demonstrated fluency in pharmaceutical media approaches, particularly across vendor-supported programs that engage HCP-to-patient and direct-to-patient audiences.
Candidates should have experience designing and applying measurement strategies that assess program performance across business, customer, patient, and channel dimensions to include defining KPIs, baseline measures, targets, test-and-learn approaches, and performance monitoring plans that guide optimization over time.
A strong background in health equity and the drivers of disparities is highly desired.
Must-haves
Evaluation science background
Study design experience
Understanding of control/intervention groups
Ability to identify and address bias in study designs
Experience with patient outcomes, patient behavior measurement, or healthcare program evaluation
Comfort with healthcare data types, such as:
Claims data
EHR data
Real-world evidence data
Vendor-provided or unstructured data
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Ability to translate complex data/methodology for non-data stakeholders
Project coordination / project management skills
Confidence to speak up in vendor or stakeholder meetings
Preferred / Nice-to-haves
Public health background
Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
Real-world evidence experience
Familiarity with patient engagement programs or digital patient support tools
Tools and capabilities experience is a plus, but not required
Experience working with external vendors
Clinical or patient-facing domain understanding

Strong background in digital program measurement, with fluency in pharmaceutical media approaches and experience evaluating vendor-supported programs across HCP-to-patient and direct-to-patient models, including the ability to connect channel performance, engagement metrics, and campaign insights to broader business and patient impact
Experience applying performance measurement frameworks to assess initiative effectiveness, including baseline development, target setting, trend monitoring, and performance interpretation
Experience supporting test-and-learn measurement approaches, including test/control design, impact assessment, and readout development to inform optimization and future investment decisions
Demonstrated ability to consult with stakeholders across a complex, matrixed environment and convert analytic findings into clear recommendations for action.
