Encompass Health seeks an Infection Prevention/Hospital Educator to lead infection control initiatives and staff education in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This role develops, implements, and monitors infection prevention policies; conducts surveillance and reporting; and educates clinicians and support staff on best practices, regulatory standards, and patient safety. The educator collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, leads audits and training, analyzes data to identify trends, and drives quality improvement to reduce healthcare-associated infections and support a culture of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
