Encompass Health is seeking an Infection Prevention / Hospital Educator to lead infection control and staff education across our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This role develops, implements, and monitors infection prevention programs, conducts surveillance and audits, and ensures compliance with CDC, CMS, Joint Commission, and hospital policies. The educator designs and delivers staff training, supports onboarding, analyzes infection data, leads performance improvement initiatives, and partners with clinical teams to promote a safe, patient-centered environment and evidence-based best practices.
