Encompass Health seeks an Infection Prevention/Hospital Educator to lead infection control practices and staff education in our post-acute rehabilitation setting. This role develops, implements, and monitors infection prevention programs, conducts surveillance and audits, analyzes infection data, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. The educator designs and delivers orientation and ongoing training for clinical and non-clinical staff, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams on patient safety initiatives, and supports policy development, performance improvement, and survey readiness across the hospital.
