Job Description
As an Infection Prevention/Hospital Educator at Encompass Health, you will lead infection prevention programs and staff education in a post-acute rehabilitation hospital. You will develop, implement, and monitor infection control policies, conduct surveillance, analyze trends, and report findings to leadership and regulatory agencies. You will design and deliver staff training, support accreditation and compliance, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient safety, reduce healthcare-associated infections, and promote evidence-based practices in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.
