Type:
full-time Primary responsibilities: Developing new applications using Regis products to demonstrate key product benefits. Creating technical content for marketing initiatives such as blogs, journal articles/white papers, posters, presentations, and seminars. Contributing ideas, content, and editorial feedback on marketing initiatives/tools. Acting as a key external technical thought leader to promote Regis chromatography products and influence prospective customers. Providing pre- and post-sale technical support to customers. Identifying new market opportunities that intersect with Regis core competencies. Gathering voice of customer to help inform future product offerings and improvements. Collaborating with development and operations team members to guide development of new products.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in chemistry or similar analytical science is required. MS or PhD in analytical chemistry is preferred. Extensive knowledge of chromatography techniques such as chiral and achiral analytical and preparative HPLC and SFC is required. Working knowledge of LC/MS is a plus. Must be familiar with chromatography data collection software associated with
HPLC/SFC
systems and know how to export data to usable files such as Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient in MS Office programs to create technical presentations and papers. Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of safety requirements in an analytical laboratory setting.
