In this role, you will lead the creation, testing, and refinement of seasonings, sauces, batters, breading, marinades, and bakery mixes ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and consumer appeal. Your expertise will drive the development of exciting new formulations and improve existing products through scientific research, culinary innovation, and rigorous quality assurance practices. This position offers an energetic environment where your passion for food technology and industry expertise will directly influence market-leading offerings. Experience Proven experience in food processing or beverage production environments with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Hands-on laboratory experience in microbiology, biochemistry, or related scientific research within the food industry. Familiarity with FDA regulations, HACCP plans, GFSI standards, and food safety management systems such as HARPC. Demonstrated success in developing new product formulations through scientific research combined with culinary expertise. Strong analysis skills for data collection, root cause analysis, and process optimization. Experience managing projects within a cross-functional team setting; excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. Knowledge of sensory evaluation techniques and experience in food & beverage industry quality assurance practices. Background in nutrition science or food technology preferred; familiarity with sanitation standards and GMP practices essential.
