Full Job Description Associate Food Technologist Location:
Greater Cincinnati, OH Area Hours :
On-site, Day Time (7:00 AM•4:00 PM)
Salary :
$65,000•$75,000 Our client, a growing food manufacturing organization, is seeking an Associate Food Technologist to join their Research & Development team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career food science professional looking to gain hands-on experience in product development, commercialization, and plant trials within a fast-paced food production environment. Key Responsibilities Support new product development projects from concept through commercialization. Assist with formulation, bench-top sample development, and product testing. Participate in customer presentations and product demonstrations. Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate product and processing data. Support production trials, scale-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, and Sales. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of food processing, ingredients, and product development principles preferred. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and support occasional travel.
