As part of our Portfolio Team, you'll explore our flavor landscape, integrating sensory science, digital intelligence, and customer analytics to guide strategic selections. Interpret data which spans consumer trends, regulatory requirements, and technical performance to support selection and evaluation activities that drive sales for our Commercial Team. This role offers hands-on experience applying data-driven decisions to flavor innovation in a dynamic, collaborative setting. Reporting to a Knowledge Base Manager, this Cincinnati-based position has a primary focus to develop knowledge of flavors within the collections and use this information to win business. You will accomplish daily brief-related tasks by applying this knowledge during the flavor selection and evaluation process.
