Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with knowledge of rock and Soil Vapor Extraction, Groundwater Treatment, drilling, boring and logging.
- Research and analysis, surface and subsurface geologic mapping
- Field soil sampling for laboratory analysis
- Report writing, project management and communication skills
- Direct the work of staff and assistant geologists assigned to projects.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior staff.
- Ensure tasks are completed according to company standards.
- Conduct and oversee evaluations supporting remediation projects.
- Interpret data for system planning and implementation.
- Provide input on subsurface conditions affecting technologies.
- GIT, PG or CEG certification
- Valid drivers license and field vehicle for reliable transportation a must.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Geology, or a related geoscience discipline. Advanced degrees preferred.Benefits:
