Environmental Consulting, Inc. is an environmental engineering firm that specializes in providing regulatory agencies and private clients with petroleum site investigation, characterization, and remediation expertise. We are a small team of engineers, geologists, scientists, and field technicians located in 2 offices in the state of Florida.
TERRA-COM
is seeking a project engineer to join our team to manage projects dealing in Environmental Engineering, Contamination Assessment, Underground Storage Tank compliance, contamination remediation and permitting. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and have excellent communication skills, be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and have the ability and desire to complete field work as needed alongside other engineers and field technicians. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil preferred)
  • At least 2+years of experience managing multiple engineering projects in various stages of complexity. (Preferred candidates will have petroleum remediation experience)
  • Team player with good interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task and drive projects forward to meet due dates
  • Ability and willingness to complete field work as necessary (up to 20% travel time)
  • Knowledge of Federal and State environmental regulations dealing with air, groundwater, and surface water.
  • Knowledge of petroleum remediation concepts and experience dealing with regulatory agencies and sub-contractors.
  • Ability to complete reports including data interpretation, proposal preparation ,engineering cost estimating and subcontractor quoting.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Office.

Full-time Pay:
$45,811.00 - $60,000.00 per year
