About the
Role:
Prepare, move, wash, photograph, and tech drill core for logging Conduct geological and geotechnical logging of core and RC chips using acQuire Record detailed lithology, alteration, mineralization, and structural observations Perform QA/QC insertion, sample preparation, tracking, and assay shipment coordination Maintain sample inventory and proper storage procedures Oversee core shed organization and assist with pallet movement as needed Upload and organize logging data, scanning, digitization, and database records Participate in daily communication with geology staff and support field operations Follow all mine safety and environmental procedures
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of core logging and exploration data management experience. Proficiency in core logging and managing exploration data. Familiarity with Leapfrog software for drill hole trace updates and data manipulation. Ability to interpret geological data and write detailed descriptions for senior management reporting. Reliable transportation is essential. Current MSHA certification is a plus. Adaptable, outdoorsy, and thrives in dynamic work environments. Comfortable with the cyclical nature of the industry, work hard, play hard mentality.

Pay:
