The ideal candidate will assist the project team and various project managers, providing field support and technical assistance on a variety of environmental investigation and remediation projects throughout the Midwest. This is a full-time position and the anticipated start date during the 3rd Quarter of 2026.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field 0-2 years of experience Valid Driver's License Ability to safely perform various field activities including but not limited collecting soil, soil gas, and groundwater samples utilizing various sampling methodology Overseeing and directing subcontractors Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Ability to demonstrate analytical skills; prepare and review data tables, soil boring logs, and figures; and provide support with other components of technical reports Work Environment This entry level position consists predominantly of working in the field independently or as part of a larger field team to perform sample collection, recording of operational/meter parameters, and oversight/direction of subcontractors (e.g., drillers, heavy equipment operators, truckers). Field work requires the ability to drive to multiple project sites and perform physical activities (routinely lift and carry objects, stand, walk, reach, bend, squat, kneel and twist) in various outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions. Office work primarily consists of using a computer, keyboard, and mouse which require repetitive hand movements. This position will consist of approximately 50% office and 50% field work throughout the Midwest.
Compensation Base Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000. Actual compensation package will be based on relevant work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, skill sets, and internal equity. In addition, this position is eligible for bonuses based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Please send resume to
