Job Description
Build your resume! ESP Associates, Inc. (ESP) has an opportunity for a Geophysical summer 2026 intern or temporary to full-time employee within commuting distance of Greensboro, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate with an interest in exploring a career path in Geophysics or a related field!
Applicant must have a strong desire to learn and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Must possess good oral and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions, including on steep slopes and overwater in a boat.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and repetitively swing a sledgehammer weighing up to 20 pounds.
Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the companys driving (MVR) policy.
Through years of dedicated service to our clients, ESP has received a designation of 186 on the 2026 ENR Top 500 Design Firm rankings. For the firm's primary territory, covered by the ENR Texas & Southeast Top Design Firms, ESP received a 2026 ranking of 53.
