Pennsauken, New Jersey Job Description We are seeking a skilled Geologist to join our team, bringing expertise in earth sciences to support environmental, engineering, and construction projects. The Geologist will play a key role in conducting field investigations, analyzing soil, rock, groundwater, and environmental conditions, and preparing technical reports to guide project decisions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct geological field investigations and site assessments. Manage and oversee drilling operations, including soil and groundwater sampling. Analyze and interpret geological data to support environmental projects. Prepare detailed reports and documentation of field activities. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement project plans. Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records and databases of geological findings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations and geological fieldwork. Strong knowledge of geological principles, drilling techniques, and environmental regulations. Proficiency in using geological software and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Range:
