We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)/Medical Technologist to join a healthcare facility in Camden, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses that support the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient care.Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex laboratory testing on blood, urine, and other biological specimens. Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment. Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results through established quality control procedures. Analyze specimens and accurately document findings in the laboratory information system. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information. Adhere to laboratory safety policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development. AL01Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field MT/MLS certification required (ASCP or equivalent) Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentApplication Process:
