Tempe, AZ Experience College degree AZ licensed RN Minimum 1 year research experience Primary Duties
  • Subject recruitment
  • Subject randomization
  • Write protocols and abstracts
  • Data collection and Case Report Form (CRF) completion
  • Submission of journal and conference papers
  • Scheduling subject visits
  • Collection and shipment of biological samples
  • Shipment of Imaging
  • Maintain site regulatory binder
  • Maintain "Screening and Enrollment Log"
  • Maintain IP Accountability Log
  • Schedule and facilitate sponsor CRA as requested
  • Keep human subject training current
  • Report adverse events to the IRB or FDA as required
  • Complete IRB semi-annual reports
  • Conduct literature search
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient's medical record
  • Assist research director as needed
  • Attend and report in research meetings with physicians as required Skills 1.
Keen ability to detail and accuracy 2. Proficient with computer software, ACCESS, Excel and Word 3. Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet multiple deadlines 4. Initiative to advance assigned tasks and projects 5. Thorough knowledge of spine anatomy and medical terminology 6. Ability to work independently 7. Thorough knowledge of HIPPA compliance 8. Able to sit and work Other requirements 1. Have reliable transportation to travel to any clinic needed 2.
