$53/hr. on W2
Travel Pay:
$3495.13/ Weekly (Blended)•70 hrs.
Shift:
Night Shift | 8:00 PM•6:30 AM | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Variable Schedule)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) / Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to perform complex laboratory testing that supports accurate diagnosis and patient care. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality laboratory operations while maintaining compliance with established protocols and quality standards.
Job Duties:
Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, serology, and blood bank procedures. Analyze patient specimens accurately and report test results promptly according to laboratory standards. Troubleshoot laboratory instruments, equipment, reagents, and specimen-related issues to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Perform quality control, instrument maintenance, calibration, and documentation to meet regulatory and laboratory requirements. Maintain laboratory inventory, organize work areas, and support efficient daily laboratory operations. Assist with staff training, policy compliance, and other laboratory responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of Medical Laboratory Scientist acute care experience required. MT(ASCP) or CLS(ASCP) certificate is required. Bachelor's Degree required Flexibility to work a 7-on / 7-off night shift schedule. #

$53.00 per hour
