Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) Make an Impact Every Day Are you a laboratory professional who takes pride in accuracy, critical thinking, and patient care? A leading healthcare organization on Florida's Gulf Coast is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional diagnostic services. Every test result matters. Every specimen tells a story. In this role, you'll be part of the team that helps physicians make informed decisions and provides patients with the answers they need. What You'll Be Doing Perform moderate and high-complexity testing on a variety of patient specimens Analyze and verify laboratory results with precision and attention to detail Utilize advanced laboratory instrumentation and technology Maintain quality control standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues as needed Collaborate with fellow laboratory professionals and healthcare providers to ensure outstanding patient care Maintain compliance with all laboratory, safety, and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or related scientific discipline Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to quality Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Why Consider This Opportunity?
