Standard Business Hours Job Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Develop ocular formulations and associated manufacturing processes for pre-clinical and clinical applications Perform day-to-day research activities under appropriate supervision Collaborate cross-functionally with analytical and technical teams Generate, analyze, and summarize data to support project advancement Interpret complex data sets and provide well-supported recommendations for development efforts Present experimental plans, results, and conclusions to project stakeholders Build technical expertise in ocular drug product formulation and delivery systems Stay current with scientific literature related to ocular drug delivery and formulation science Required Skills & Knowledge Solid understanding of fundamental biopharmaceutical principles related to drug product development Hands-on experience with formulation techniques, laboratory-scale processing equipment, and unit operations Intermediate proficiency in applied statistical analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required Education & Experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience
