If you are selected for this position, you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources. Responsibilities Performs highly complex laboratory procedures in a variety of laboratory sections with minimum supervision Performs continuous quality assurance activities Maintains general operations of the laboratory Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 1
  • 2 years' experience May include MLS clinical rotations as 1 year of experience One of the following: Certified Medical Technologist

  • AMT, Certified Medical Technologist
  • HHS, Technologist in Hematology, Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist Int
  • ASCP, Certified Microbiology Tech, Medical Technologist Generalist required upon hire MT(ASCP)/MLS(ASCP/ASCPi) or Required Upon Hire MT(AMT) or MT(HHS) or MT (AAB) or Required Upon Hire Certification in a Lab Specialty or License Required Upon Hire EEO Employer/Disabled/Vet Children's Mercy hires individuals based on their job skills, expertise and ability to maintain professional relationships with fellow employees, patients, parents and visitors.
