Compensation Range:
$38.64 - $52.16 _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the laboratory section leadership and with the ability to work independently, provides higher level support for the laboratory section, often involving (but not limited to) specialized testing, Quality Assurance development, and/or development and implementation of new procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- + Assists and leads in the development of new methods and procedures, as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- + Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field and 4 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist post-licensure required or + Master's degree in related field and 2 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist post-licensure required or + PHD in related field and 1 year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist post-licensure required + Or equivalent combination of education and experience •
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
