Position Highlights:

Direct Hire Compensation range: $61-65K Multiple shifts available $5000 Sign On Bonus/Relocation Available! Great company benefits Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking candidates for several Medical Lab Scientist positions at a diagnostic lab in the NW Dallas area. As a part of the laboratory operations team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity while meeting the needs of the company's patients.

Job Responsibilities:

Specimen handling, processing, testing, and reporting of patient results following approved laboratory procedures Review and release test results accurately and efficiently Follow established laboratory policies when test systems fall outside acceptable performance levels Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting test performance or result reporting Communicate issues to senior technologists or supervisors as necessary Adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines Maintain records demonstrating proficiency testing for patient specimens

Qualifications:

BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Lab Technology or related discipline (transcripts will be required) 1 year of clinical lab experience analyzing patient specimens is required Experience with LC-MS or ICP-MS would be a plus Multiple 1 st and 2 nd shifts with 4 or 5 day work weeks are available. Training will be on days and then you will transition to assigned shift after completing the training These are Direct Hire positions with pay commensurate upon required education and experience.
