We are seeking a talented Scientist or Senior Scientist to join our dynamic team focused on developing next-generation CAR-T and T cell-based therapies for solid tumors. In this role, you will design and execute laboratory experiments, develop and optimize methods, and analyze scientific data to advance our immunotherapy programs. You'll play a key part in preclinical oncology studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones in a productive and supportive environment.Essential Skills & Experience:
BS with 5+ years, MS with 2+ years of relevant experience Strong hands-on experience in in vivo preclinical models and oncology studies. Strong experience with CAR-T cell therapies. Hands-on in vitro experience supporting T cell research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with flow cytometry and immune cell profiling. Skilled in cell-based functional assays (cytotoxicity, proliferation, cytokine analysis). Experience with primary human T cell isolation, activation, and functional characterization. Familiarity with viral or non-viral genetic modification of T cells. PBMC manipulation and assay experience. Knowledge of solid tumor models and molecular biology skills. Interested?
