Position Summary NMS is seeking a Certified Backflow Technician to join our growing team in Kissimmee, Florida. This position is responsible for testing, inspecting, repairing, and documenting backflow prevention assemblies while ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations and utility requirements. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field while providing excellent customer service. Experience with water distribution systems, utility services, or meter-related work is preferred. Responsibilities Perform certified backflow testing on residential and commercial systems. Inspect, diagnose, and repair backflow prevention assemblies as needed. Complete accurate testing reports and compliance documentation. Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, and customers. Maintain testing equipment and adhere to company safety and quality standards. Ensure all work complies with applicable local, state, and utility regulations. Qualifications Current Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification required . Experience testing, repairing, and documenting backflow prevention devices. Knowledge of water distribution systems and applicable regulations. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
