Job Description

Weather Intern StormTeam 5 delivers critical, accurate weather coverage to communities across our region through in-depth analysis of data, forecast models, radar imagery, and real-time ground reports. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our meteorologists in the creation of weather content for both television broadcasts and digital platforms.
You will:
Analyze weather charts and models. Prepare daily forecasts. Produce weather graphics. Assist meteorologists in gathering critical and breaking weather information and data. Relay important information to/from News, Assignment Desk, and Web. Research statistical data.

Intern applications are limited to one submission based on area of interest.
