This is not a passive forecasting role, our analysts make real-time decisions that directly impact vessel safety, fuel consumption, and global operations. What You'll Do As a Maritime Weather Routing Analyst, you will: Analyze global weather and ocean conditions to develop routing strategies for voyages (typically 2-4+ weeks) Monitor active vessels and adjust routing guidance as conditions evolve Communicate clear, concise recommendations to ship captains and clients Balance safety, efficiency, and fuel optimization in real-time decisions Review vessel reports and ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data Work within a 24/7 operations environment alongside a collaborative forecasting team What Makes Someone Successful in This Role This role is best suited for someone who: Enjoys solving complex, real-time problems Can make decisions with incomplete or evolving information Has strong attention to detail and pattern recognition Communicates clearly and confidently Takes ownership and thrives in a team-based operational environment Qualifications Degree or coursework in Meteorology, Oceanography, Geography, or a related field. Compensation Starting salary:

$38,000 - $42,000/year Typical progression to $45,000 within the first year based on training completion and performance Higher starting salary and accelerated progression are considered for experienced candidates Schedule Full-time training: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts (40 hours total)

Full-time:
