Job Overview We are looking for an attention to detail and highly motivated Weather Damage Specialist to assess and document property damage caused by weather events. This role involves inspecting residential roofs for weather related damages and making assessments for property owners. Duties Engage homeowners and educated them about the severity of weather related damages to their home to include hail damage, wind damage, etc. Collect data related to damage assessment, including taking detailed notes and photographs on every job. Provide top customer service with every customer. Assist in the development of repair strategies based on inspection. Requirements Ability to use ladders and other safety equipment to inspect residential roofs. Must have a reliable form of transportation No Experience Is Required! This position is an opportunity for you to break the 9 to 5. You will be provided training every week to better your skills and become a top earner in the industry.
