Berkeley, California job type: Contract salary: $30.00 - 36.77 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Perform hands-on microbiological assays and tests on in-process, clinical, and development samples.
Conduct growth promotion testing and support method verifications for clinical and commercial products.
Ensure all laboratory activities strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP regulations, and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation, cleanliness, and orderliness within the laboratory environment.
Collaborate flexibly within a 5-7 analyst team to manage workflow surges and meet tight product timelines.
qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related scientific field.1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience within a pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Demonstrated proficiency with aseptic techniques and working in a regulated GMP environment.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment, including occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed.
Preferred:
