- Collect and prepare specimens for testing
- Perform Microbiology testing
- Operate laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Record test results and report findings to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Ensure laboratory procedures are followed according to standards and regulations
- Perform quality control checks and ensure accuracy of results

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- ASCP certification (or equivalent certification like AMT or AAB) required
- Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and equipment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
