  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Microbiologist

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing scientific understanding through meticulous microbiological analysis, molecular biology techniques, and laboratory experimentation. Your expertise will contribute to the development of innovative solutions aligned with regulatory standards, ensuring the integrity and quality of our products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where scientific research and laboratory excellence drive impactful results. Duties Perform DNA isolation, RNA extraction, PCR, and Western blot analyses to support research projects and product development. Conduct microbiological testing using aseptic techniques to ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Culture cells and microorganisms, utilizing microscopy and other laboratory tools to observe growth patterns and identify microbial contamination. Maintain accurate records of experiments using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ensuring data integrity and traceability. Execute ELISA assays and other immunoassays to quantify biomolecules relevant to project objectives. Follow FDA regulations and internal protocols meticulously during all laboratory procedures to ensure compliance and safety. Support scientific research initiatives by designing experiments, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports for review. Experience Proven laboratory experience in microbiology, molecular biology, or biochemistry within a clinical or industrial setting. Hands-on expertise in DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, cell culture, and microscopy techniques. Familiarity with
GLP, CGMP, FDA
regulations, and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining compliance in regulated environments. Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data management and documentation. Strong understanding of microbiological testing methods, clinical laboratory procedures, and scientific research methodologies.
