Job Description

Our client, a leader in Transfusion Medicine product development, is seeking an Associate Scientist I to join their team. As an Associate Scientist I , you will support the testing and evaluation of new Transfusion Medicine products in a laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) , a drive to follow protocols with precision , and the motivation to learn quickly in a fast-paced, regulated setting —all while contributing data that supports regulatory submissions and FDA approval processes.

Pay Range:
$24/hr.
  • $28/hr. Must be flexible to work 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM, 10:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM, or 2:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM. Shift assignments may change with two weeks' notice. Saturday required 1-2 times per month: 8:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM.
What's the Job? Perform laboratory testing of new Transfusion Medicine products, assays, and instrumentation. Execute studies according to established protocols and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements. Generate, document, and maintain accurate study data and records. Support data collection activities for FDA regulatory submissions. Complete laboratory documentation and reporting with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required. 1-2 years of laboratory experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates will also be considered. Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records. What's in it for me?
