Madison, Wisconsin job type: Contract salary: $25 - 32 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Perform routine analytical biochemical and molecular biology assays (e.g., PCR, gel electrophoresis) to support product release, characterization, and stability testing. Execute raw material testing following established SOPs, work instructions, and written procedures. Manage testing reagent inventory, maintain retention sample filing, and support workstation setup for senior team members. Perform incoming inspections, sample analysis, and batch record reviews in compliance with quality protocols. Maintain accurate, thorough batch records adhering strictly to GMP/GDP guidelines.qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline. 1-3 years of post-academic, industry laboratory experience (contract lab experience preferred). Strong working knowledge and hands-on application of GMP and GDP documentation standards. Core molecular biology lab skills, including pipetting, PCR, and gel electrophoresis.Preferred:
Hands-on experience with qPCR, fragment analyzers, or HPLC instrumentation. Familiarity with Thermo Fisher instrumentation and Chromeleon software.skills:
