Desert Brain and Spine About the Role As a Back Office Rehab Tech, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clinical team and creating an incredible experience for our patients. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a natural talent for connecting with people. What You'll Do Administer patient testing according to clinic protocols Walk patients through prescribed rehab exercises with encouragement and clarity Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for optimal patient care Support daily clinic flow, scheduling, and administrative tasks Build meaningful relationships with patients by offering empathy, motivation, and consistent support What Makes You a Great Fit You have a warm, uplifting personality and love working with people You're reliable, proactive, and eager to learn You communicate clearly and respectfully You enjoy fast-paced environments where no two days are the same Experience in rehab, fitness, or healthcare is a plus—but a great attitude is essential!
