Job Description
Overview We are a sprayless facility seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to join our grow team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cannabis and possess a keen interest in plant care and maintenance. The Assistant will support various tasks related to the grow. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to the growth and success of our operations. Duties Maintaining crops in accordance with SOPs Transplanting and Harvesting Extensive cleaning to ensure a flawless environment. Ability to move between multiple locations to assist in operations where needed. Ability to effectively communicate and follow written and verbal instructions. Open availability is required as Harvest days are mandatory attendance days. Capability to lift heavy objects safely (up to 50 pounds). Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
