Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to bend, stoop, carry, push, or pull. Requires ability to transport technology and equipment. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds routinely and 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to visually and auditorily effectively communicate with staff and students. Must be able to drive to variety of school sites.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides tier one support for all computers, and software within the school district. Performs upgrades to hardware and software applications as identified by senior level IT staff. Uses a work-order tracking system for routine repair and maintenance of equipment. Refers complex problems to higher level technical support. Maintains site licenses and user administration for specified software within the assigned facilities. Maintains inventory control procedures for technology equipment within the assigned facilities. Attends classes and seminars to enhance knowledge of equipment, operating systems, and application software. Performs any other work assignments, as assigned.
