Maintenance Cambrex - Charles City Overview The Reliability Technician will be responsible for executing the site reliability initiatives at Charles City. Responsibilities Collect oil samples per oil sample test plan. Perform oil changes based on results. Perform routine ultrasonic greasing and collection of data for all critical equipment. Conduct routine air and nitrogen leak surveys, and oversee all necessary repairs. Perform routine collection of vibration data for all identified equipment. Conduct yearly digital thermography of all MCC panels. Work with Reliability Engineer to collect data in support of conducting failure analyses. Participate in criticality assessments and FMEAs as required. Collect data in support of the Mechanical Integrity program, and facilitate required repairs. Create Notifications and Work Orders in SAP. Other duties as assigned Qualifications / Skills Strong aptitude in the area of mechanical and electrical systems Working knowledge of Microsoft computer applications within a Windows based environment High attention to detail Qualifications High school diploma Either has, or is willing to obtain, the following certifications: Machinery Lubrication Technician 1 Ultrasonic Level 1 Basic Vibration Level 1 Thermography Level 1 Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma CMRP PI285944737
