As a Lead Motive Service Team Member for our products and services, responsibilities will include: Visiting customer facilities to evaluate needs, and develop solutions. Developing a strong grasp of the features and capabilities of multiple product lines. Installation of all makes and models, small and large, forklift battery and power systems. Maintenance of existing systems. Exceeding our customer's expectations. Some travel required Ideal candidates will have: Must have experience with installation and maintenance of forklift batteries and chargers. High degree of initiative and dependability Strong customer service/solutions focus. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Basic mechanical skills Basic electronics knowledge is a plus, but not required Computer literacy a plus.
