Pond & Lake Technician

Description Aquatic Control Inc. is a privately owned lake and pond management company with our home office in Seymour, Indiana; and satellite offices in Valparaiso, IN; Evansville, IN; Truesdale, MO; Jackson, TN; Knoxville, TN; Williamsville, IL; Elkhart, IA; Davenport, IA; Elizabethtown, KY; and Lakemoor, IL. We are actively growing and need to add a Pond and Lake Technician at our Seymour, Office.

The Position:

EPA registered aquatic herbicide and algaecide application Installation and maintenance of aerators, fountains, and compressed air systems Aquatic plant surveys Assisting with and writing vegetation management plans Fish management surveys Assisting with fish survey reports Data entry and management General maintenance of trucks, boats, equipment, and grounds Who Should Apply? Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Insurable Driving Record Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening & DOT Physical Comfortable Driving Truck & Boat Trailer Combination Basic mechanical ability (experience in outboard motor operation is a plus) Ability to work in an outdoor environment (physical labor required) Ability to work an average of 50-60 hours per week Ability to lift 50+ lbs
