Physical Therapy Outpatient - Duval St. Lexington
PRN PAC/ PT

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Technician works only under onsite supervision of a PT or PTA. Will perform specific patient treatments as directed by the therapist, prepare the patient and/or treatment area, responsible for maintaining the physical order of the department, and with clerical duties as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
May perform other duties, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below, and specific function may change from time to time. Transfers and positions patients appropriately. Maintains physical order of the department. Cleans equipment following each patient use and processes trash and linen appropriately. Assists with the clerical duties as needed. Responds to staff requests promptly. Assists other support staff in order to promote an efficient delivery of PT services.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Completion of on the job training, including initial and annual competency training/demonstration. This includes successful completion and maintenance of BLS certification.
