AND DAY SHIFT
(7AM TO 7PM).
DYNAMICS CURRENTLY SUPPORTS SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES IN THE H1B LOTTERY AND PETITION PROCESS FOR F1 VISA HOLDERS. 5 DAY STANDARD SHIFT IN 60 HOUR ROLE MAY RESIDE ON ANY NIGHT INCLUDING WEEKEND NIGHTS AND ANY DAY SHIFT INCLUDING WEEKEND DAYS.
Dynamics' engineering capability includes design engineering, process engineering, automation engineering, internal software engineering, data pipeline engineering, and full-stack web development engineering. may be asked to perform tasks in our physical and digital asset authentication, qualification, archiving, quality control, quality assurance, quality management system, internal software development, and internal data pipeline domains. The opportunity will perform physical and digital asset handling, identification, authentication, cataloging, qualification, archiving using developed automation, tools, systems, and data. The role will assist with determining and assigning metadata and well as organizing and preparing data from upstream processes to downstream processes. The role requires material attention to detail and ability to detect non-conformities, document non-conformities, and engineer solutions to in both the physical and digital domains. Our physical and digital asset management capability, metadata capability, and archiving capability works closely with our product groups, process engineering capability, software capability, data pipeline capability, design capability, and automation engineering resources to conceptualize, develop, test, and implement services and technologies that enable our multiple domain product. The role will be responsible for advancing the stability and consistency of our physical and digital asset metadata and physical and digital asset archiving capability as well as internal engineering features and services so that we can deliver web-based and web-integrated products and services to external and internal customers. Key Performance Indicators
- A software engineering degree, mechanical engineering degree, or other related engineering degree
- If software, C#, full-stack web development for external customers, software solutions development for internal customers, data engineering
- If mechanical engineering, precision manufacturing, tool design, automation, QMS, and statistical analysis.
- High value physical asset inventory handling, identification, qualification, preservation, storage
- High value digital asset preparation, processing, segmentation, analysis, storage
- Cataloging data according to data specifications
- Archiving assets according to archiving specifications
- Physical inventory management, inventory tracking, inventory storage and retrieval

- Proficiency in in operating highly specific specifications, tracking results of following those specifications, and updating specifications based on tracked results.
- Proficiency of projects completed on schedule, proficiency of projects released without bugs/non-conformities found either internally or externally, external SLAs with internal and/or external customers.
- Developing, initiating and managing all phases of technical physical and data projects
- Preparing documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errors Collaborating with team members proper allocation and tracking of assets
- Validate Dynamics process and product quality through testing, analysis and continuous improvement.
- Develop and initiate technology improvement plans and present proposals, status updates and results to Quality Review Boards, Material Review Boards and Process Change Review Boards.
- Performs assessments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications, engineering drawings, procedures and applicable industry standards. Professional Requirements
