GS-13: To qualify for the GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service Providing technical oversight of maintenance, operations, and ground support activities in coordination with engineers, support staff, and/or external partners; Coordinating multi-functional team activities through problem-solving and planning strategies; and supporting safety and mission assurance on complex or modified platforms or systems; and Providing recommendations to resolve issues identified during inspections or operations.
